These Terms of Service govern your use of CommerceGPT, operated by Bigdoor AI Labs. By creating an account or installing the widget on your store, you agree to these terms.
1. Service description
CommerceGPT provides an AI-powered chat widget for ecommerce storefronts. We crawl publicly available pages from websites that merchants add to their account, build a searchable knowledge base, and use that content to answer shopper questions.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity that occurs under your account.
3. Acceptable use
You may only add storefronts that you own or are authorized to represent. You may not use CommerceGPT to crawl or interact with websites without permission, or to generate harmful, misleading, or unlawful content.
4. Payments and subscriptions
Paid plans are billed in advance. You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription from the dashboard. Refunds are handled at our discretion unless required by applicable law.
5. Data and privacy
Our use of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the service, you consent to that policy.
6. Limitation of liability
CommerceGPT is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
7. Changes to terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
