- Answer shopper questions using the merchant’s indexed content.

We do not sell personal information. We share data only with trusted service providers required to operate the service, such as our hosting provider, database provider, OpenAI for response generation, and Stripe for billing. Conversations and shopper data are never used to train foundation AI models.
